Bei diesem Projekt handelt es sich um ein quadratisches Raumfachwerk / Höhe 16 Meter / Gesamtlänge 30 Meter / Gesamtspannweite 18 Meter

1. Die Montage des Stahlfachwerks muss nach der Abnahme der unteren Tragwerksachse und der eingebetteten Platte erfolgen.Die Anforderungen an die untere Stütze sind: Höhenunterschied zwischen benachbarten Stützen (Abstand L2): der kleinere Wert von L2/800 und 10 mm, bei gleicher Höhe Höhenunterschied zwischen der höchsten und niedrigsten Stütze: 20 mm;

2. Bestimmen Sie den Installationsprozess des Stahlfachwerks gemäß den Kraft- und Struktureigenschaften des Gitters und den tatsächlichen Baubedingungen vor Ort;

3. Nachdem der Stahlgitterrahmen installiert ist, sollte er überprüft werden:

a.Der zulässige Wert der vertikalen und horizontalen Seitenlängenabweichung beträgt 1/2000 der Länge und sollte nicht größer als 30 mm sein;

b.Der zulässige Mittenversatz sollte 1/3000 der Spannweite des Gitterrohrrahmens aus Stahl betragen und nicht größer als 30 mm sein;

c.Für den von der Peripherie getragenen Gitterrahmen beträgt die zulässige Höhenabweichung 1/400 der angrenzenden Stütze und sollte nicht größer als 15 mm sein, und das Maximum und Minimum sollte nicht größer als 30 mm sein;Für den Gitterrahmen, der von mehreren Punkten getragen wird, beträgt die zulässige Höhenabweichung 1/800 der angrenzenden Stütze und sollte nicht größer als 30 mm sein;

d.Erkennen Sie die Durchbiegung des Gitters gemäß den Spezifikationen und Designanforderungen.Nach dem Bau darf die Durchbiegung des Stahlfachwerks nicht größer als 115 % des Berechnungswertes sein.(Maximaler Durchbiegungswert des Gitterrahmens L/250)

4. Wenn lokal Schweißkugeln vorhanden sind, wird zum Schweißen der Schweißkugel und der Stange Nutschweißen verwendet, und die Schweißnahtqualität sollte nicht niedriger als die zweite Klasse sein.

5. Nachdem die Installation des Gitterrohrrahmens abgeschlossen ist, sollte die Oberfläche der Gelenke und Stäbe des Gitterrohrrahmens sauber und frei von Kratzern und Schmutz sein.Die Gelenke und überschüssigen Löcher der Bolzenkugelgelenke sollten mit Fett gefüllt und abgedichtet werden.

6. Während der Nutzung des Gitters sollte alle 4 bis 5 Jahre eine umfassende Korrosionsschutzwartung durchgeführt werden.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
